Vacuum pump oil mist separation filter is designed to maintain the vacuum pump’s high efficient normal operation and prolong the service life of the vacuum pump. It has played a very good protective role to the vacuum pump, in general, vacuum pump at the same time need to have three levels of filtration. 

The first level of filtration, air intake filtration: the inhalation of gas in the solid particles trapped down. By intercepting the larger impurity and dust particles, the pressure of the two-stage filtration at the back end is greatly reduced, the mechanical wear is reduced, and the service life of the vacuum pump is prolonged.

 The second level of filtration, vacuum pump oil filtration: oil vacuum pump oil as a medium to vacuum, vacuum pump operation process, oil long-term work at high temperature, will gradually carbonization metamorphism, gradually gelatinization. In addition, the blades and other parts of the vacuum pump will also be rubbed during rotation, and some dust particles will be produced. These gelled oil products and dust particles will be mixed and run together in the vacuum pump oil, therefore, they must be collected in a timely manner through the oil filter. At this point the vacuum pump filter can play a very good protection, dirt from it to collect and contain up. 

The third level of filtering, exhaust filtering: Vacuum pump exhaust gas contains a large number of oil mist particles, if not separated, these oil mist particles together with the gas discharge, the formation of what is commonly known as the “Smoke,” Vacuum pump “Smoke”, the workshop environment has been polluted, and the vacuum pump oil also lost very fast, need to refuel the vacuum pump every day. At this point, with the exhaust filter can solve this problem. When the oil-gas mixture is discharged, it needs to pass through the high-precision glass fiber filter paper of the exhaust filter paper. The oil mist particles can not pass through the glass fiber filter paper directly in the form of liquid, so they are attached to the filter paper, finally, more and more oil mist particles are attached to the filter paper and integrated into the oil drop reflux vacuum pump, and the clean gas is discharged smoothly through the fiberglass paper under certain pressure, in this way the vacuum pump filter to achieve the role of oil and gas separation.
